Entering Your Home or Apartment: If you are not home when your service is scheduled, you can leave us a key in a designated area, or leave your key with the Apartment office staff.


Supplies: We use all our own supplies, unless you request otherwise. Supplies are completely unloaded and brought to your front door before entering your home.


Payment: We request payment at the time of service. You may pay with Cash, Money Order or Credit Card.


24 Hr Guarantee: If you are not happy with your service, just call us within 24 hours and we will come back out to your home and complete our job per your request.
